关朝旭，嘉兴大学特聘副教授，硕士生导师。本科毕业于哈尔滨工业大学理学院，博士毕业于哈尔滨工业大学航天学院。现为机械工程学院（机器人工程学院）专任教师。长期深耕复杂环境下多模态系统鲁棒估计与控制方面研究。目前已发表SCI学术论文20余篇，总被引854次，包括控制领域权威期刊IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems、IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control等。获授权发明专利3件。主持国家自然科学基金1项，作为骨干成员参与国家自然科学基金面上项目3项。

研究方向：

切换系统、Markov跳变系统、网络化控制
