娄骏彬，教授，硕士生导师，现为嘉兴大学机械工程学院（机器人工程学院）专任教师。主持浙江省科技进步奖三等奖2项、其他省部级奖2项，企业委托项目多项，嘉兴大学“南湖学者”特聘教授，2023年6月入选“浙教工匠”。
